Booking Policy

This Booking Policy explains how bookings, payments, refunds and transfers work at IVAX Clinical Training.
1. How to Book
Bookings can be made via Eventbrite or directly through IVAX Clinical Training. Group bookings can be arranged by invoice and bank transfer.
2. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email including:

Course date and time

Venue address and joining instructions
-
Pre-learning materials
-
What to bring
-
Assessment information
Pre-learning materials will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking and must be reviewed prior to attending the session.
3. Pre-Learning Requirement (Mandatory)
Pre-learning materials are provided prior to the training date and must be reviewed before attendance. Delegates may be asked to confirm completion of the pre-learning on the day of training.
4. Course Delivery
All IVAX Clinical Training courses are delivered face-to-face within the United Kingdom.
5. Assessment and Certificates
Courses include assessment appropriate to the session, which may include:

Practical assessment of IM injection technique
-
Practical assessment of SC injection technique
-
Knowledge quiz at the end of the session
Certificates are issued following:
-
Full attendance
-
Successful completion of required assessments
Certificates confirm training and assessment completion on the day.
6. Pricing
Course prices are displayed at the point of booking. Where group discounts are offered, this will be confirmed in writing prior to payment.
7. Payment
Payment must be made in full to secure your place.
For invoice bookings, payment must be made within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
8. Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by IVAX Clinical Training.
This includes:

Individual bookings
-
Group bookings
-
Eventbrite bookings
-
Invoice bookings
9. Transfers
Although bookings are non-refundable, transfers may be offered:

To an alternative IVAX training date (subject to availability), or
-
To another eligible healthcare professional (delegate substitution)
Transfer requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to the training date.
10. Late Transfer Requests
Transfer requests made within 72 hours of the course date will not be accepted. IVAX Clinical Training reserves the right to decline late requests due to venue costs and limited availability.
11. Non-Attendance
If you do not attend your booked session, you will not be eligible for a refund. A transfer may be offered at our discretion depending on circumstances and availability.
12. Cancellations by IVAX Clinical Training
If IVAX Clinical Training cancels a session, delegates will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer to a future date
13. Certification & Scope of Practice
Completion of this training provides evidence of learning and competency assessment. It does not grant automatic authorisation to administer vaccines.
Delegates must ensure they are working under appropriate legal frameworks (e.g. PGD, PSD, or national protocol) and local governance arrangements.
14. Venue Changes
IVAX Clinical Training reserves the right to change the training venue due to circumstances beyond our control or operational requirements. Where possible, delegates will be notified in advance of any venue change.
Any alternative venue will be within a reasonable distance of the original advertised location and will provide suitable facilities for the delivery of the training. A change of venue within a reasonable distance of the original location shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund.
